THE CONFIDENCE LAB IS DESIGNED TO MAKE YOU EMOTIONALLY FIT.

What does that mean?

Well, just like physical fitness allows you to be able to handle most physical challenges that come your way and build a resilient and healthy body, emotional fitness allows you to handle any challenge like a boss, aligns your actions with your feelings, and keeps your mindset healthy and happy.

It means it gives you a total mindset makeover: a new way to view your roadblocks, insecurities, fears and other self-limiting or socially conditioned pitfalls most of us are up against, and tools to dismantle or reframe them into something that serves you. For good.

We all share the same basic human tendencies, and most of these systems are designed to keep us small, quiet and afraid (read: "safe"). I will show you how to make your human nature work FOR you, so you can finally be in charge of your mindset and outlook --and therefore your actions, and life.

The Confidence Lab gives you insights and strategies to use for the rest of your life, so that you can step fully into the level of badassery that is rightfully yours.

CHAPTER 1: AWARENESS

As Brene Brown says, shame cannot survive being spoken. We're bringing our attention to the places we feel weak.

CHAPTER 2: BELIEFS

It's no secret that the power to how we see ourselves and our potential lies within what we believe about ourselves. In this Chapter, we are examining + dismantling harmful beliefs.

CHAPTER 3: COMPARISON

Tired of always comparing yourself to others? Let's talk.

CHAPTER 4: AUTHENTICITY

This is where you'll learn how to stop caring what people may think of you and get the tools to live your most authentic life.

CHAPTER 5: PERFECTION

It's holding you back, PROMISE. We're gonna break down that perfectionism block and get you to lean into the messy. 

CHAPTER 6: COMPASSION

AKA the opposite of judgement. If you're ready to be less critical of yourself (and others!) this is where you'll learn how to do it.

CHAPTER 7: ACTION

But like, you knew that was coming, right? This is the official pump you up and get you ready to take that leap Chapter.
